ASTRALWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Operated by Beauty & Wellbeing Education Ltd

Effective Date: 22 September 2026

Last Updated: 22 September 2026

Version: 2.0

1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Astralway, including the Astralway website, Accounts, charts, forecasts, Ask Astralway, AI-assisted functionality, journals, subscriptions, Reports, Blueprints and other digital products and services that we make available.

1.2 Astralway is operated by:

Beauty & Wellbeing Education Ltd

Company number: 14736945

Registered office:

4th Floor Silverstream House

45 Fitzroy Street

London

W1T 6EB

United Kingdom

In these Terms, “Astralway”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Beauty & Wellbeing Education Ltd where appropriate.

1.3 These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Beauty & Wellbeing Education Ltd.

1.4 Please read them carefully before creating an Account, purchasing anything or using Astralway.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
2.1 By creating an Astralway Account, you agree to these Terms.

2.2 Where you make a purchase without creating an Account, if that functionality is offered, you agree to the Terms applicable to that purchase.

2.3 Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information. Creating an Account also requires you to acknowledge that Privacy Policy.

2.4 Additional terms may apply to particular products or services. Where they do, they will be identified before purchase or use.

2.5 If there is a conflict between these Terms and specific additional terms expressly stated to apply to a particular product, the specific terms will prevail in relation to that product to the extent of the conflict.

3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1 Astralway is intended only for people aged 18 or over.

3.2 You must not create or use an Astralway Account if you are under 18.

3.3 By creating an Account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3.4 We may take reasonable steps to verify eligibility where necessary.

3.5 We may refuse or terminate access where we reasonably believe that the age requirement has not been met.

4. WHAT ASTRALWAY IS
4.1 Astralway is a digital astrology, self-reflection and personal-insight platform.

4.2 It may combine information and interpretive frameworks drawn from different traditions, including:

(a) Western astrology;

(b) Vedic astrology;

(c) Chinese astrology;

(d) Mayan calendrical or astrological frameworks;

(e) 13 Moon / Natural Time frameworks; and

(f) other timing or interpretive systems introduced in future.

4.3 Astralway uses software, automated calculations and artificial intelligence to process information and generate personalised content.

4.4 Different traditions have different origins, methodologies and interpretive principles. Their inclusion within Astralway does not mean that they are identical or universally interchangeable.

5. THE ASTRALWAY INSIGHT ENGINE
5.1 Astralway may synthesise information from multiple systems through what we call the Astralway Insight Engine.

5.2 The Insight Engine may use:

(a) astronomical and astrological calculations;

(b) chart data;

(c) timing information;

(d) interpretive frameworks;

(e) user-provided information;

(f) software logic;

(g) proprietary structures and methodologies; and

(h) artificial intelligence.

5.3 The Insight Engine is part of Astralway's proprietary service architecture.

5.4 Access to an interpretation does not give you any right to access, reproduce or reconstruct the underlying software, prompts, instructions, logic, methodology, weighting, architecture or proprietary systems used to produce it.

6. ASTROLOGY AND INTERPRETATION
6.1 Astrology is interpretive in nature.

6.2 Different astrologers, traditions and methodologies may reach different interpretations from the same or similar information.

6.3 Astralway therefore does not promise that:

(a) every astrologer would reach the same interpretation;

(b) every astrological tradition will agree;

(c) an interpretation will correspond exactly with your own understanding or experience;

(d) a forecast will predict a particular future event; or

(e) an interpretation will produce a particular outcome.

6.4 Differences of interpretation do not, by themselves, mean that the digital service is defective.

6.5 This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content or services fail to meet applicable legal requirements.

7. NO GUARANTEED PREDICTIONS
7.1 Astralway does not guarantee future events.

7.2 Forecasts, timing information and other forward-looking interpretations identify themes, patterns, cycles or possibilities within the frameworks used by Astralway.

7.3 They should not be understood as guarantees that a particular event:

(a) will happen;

(b) will not happen;

(c) will happen at a precise time; or

(d) will have a particular outcome.

7.4 References to opportunities, challenges, relationship themes, career periods, financial themes or other future-facing matters are interpretive rather than promises of future results.

8. NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
8.1 Astralway is intended for personal insight, reflection, education and entertainment.

8.2 It is not a substitute for professional:

(a) medical advice;

(b) psychological or psychiatric advice;

(c) legal advice;

(d) financial or investment advice;

(e) tax advice;

(f) employment advice;

(g) relationship counselling;

(h) safeguarding advice; or

(i) emergency assistance.

8.3 You remain responsible for obtaining appropriately qualified professional advice where circumstances require it.

8.4 You should not delay seeking professional or emergency assistance because of something generated by Astralway.

9. YOUR DECISIONS REMAIN YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
9.1 Astralway is designed to support reflection rather than make decisions for you.

9.2 You remain responsible for decisions you make concerning matters including:

(a) relationships;

(b) career;

(c) employment;

(d) business;

(e) money;

(f) investments;

(g) health;

(h) medical treatment;

(i) family;

(j) travel; and

(k) major life decisions.

9.3 Astralway does not guarantee the consequences of decisions made after using the platform.

10. ACCOUNTS
10.1 Certain Astralway functionality requires an Account.

10.2 You must provide information that is reasonably accurate and complete when creating and maintaining your Account.

10.3 You must not:

(a) impersonate another person;

(b) create an Account using information you are not entitled to use;

(c) create an Account for fraudulent purposes;

(d) circumvent a previous lawful suspension or termination; or

(e) knowingly provide materially false Account information.

10.4 Unless we expressly permit otherwise, an Account is personal to the registered user.

10.5 You may not sell, transfer, licence or commercially provide your Account to another person.

11. ACCOUNT SECURITY
11.1 You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

11.2 You should use a strong and unique password where password authentication is used.

11.3 You must not knowingly provide your credentials to an unauthorised person.

11.4 You should notify us promptly if you reasonably believe that:

(a) your Account has been compromised;

(b) somebody has accessed it without permission; or

(c) your credentials have been exposed.

11.5 We may temporarily restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate or protect an Account.

12. BIRTH INFORMATION
12.1 Astralway may require information including:

(a) date of birth;

(b) time of birth; and

(c) place of birth.

12.2 Astrological calculations and interpretations may be materially affected by the accuracy of that information.

12.3 You are responsible for checking information you enter.

12.4 We are not responsible for an interpretation being affected by incorrect information supplied by you where Astralway has correctly processed the information provided.

12.5 If Astralway itself incorrectly processes accurate information you supplied, this clause does not remove any rights you may have in relation to that error.

13. INFORMATION ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE
13.1 Astralway may allow you to create or save charts relating to another person.

13.2 You must only provide another person's personal information where you have an appropriate lawful basis, permission or other legitimate right to provide and use that information.

13.3 You must not use Astralway to:

(a) unlawfully collect information about another person;

(b) harass or stalk someone;

(c) invade another person's privacy;

(d) make unlawful discriminatory decisions about another person; or

(e) process information about another person for an unlawful purpose.

13.4 Additional information about third-party birth information is contained in our Privacy Policy.

14. FREE ACCESS
14.1 Astralway may provide certain functionality without charge.

14.2 The features included in Free access may change over time.

14.3 Free functionality may be subject to reasonable:

(a) usage limits;

(b) feature limits;

(c) chart limits;

(d) AI limits;

(e) storage limits; or

(f) other technical restrictions.

14.4 We may change or withdraw Free functionality for legitimate business, technical, security or product reasons.

14.5 Where practicable, we will seek to avoid changes that unnecessarily interfere with separately purchased paid content.

15. PLUS SUBSCRIPTIONS
15.1 Astralway may offer a paid recurring subscription currently known as Plus.

15.2 The price, billing frequency and included functionality will be displayed before you subscribe.

15.3 Plus may include features such as:

(a) additional saved charts;

(b) extended personalised forecasts;

(c) increased or unlimited access to Ask Astralway, subject to reasonable technical and fair-use controls;

(d) enhanced ongoing guidance;

(e) subscriber-only content or readings; and

(f) other features described on the relevant subscription page.

15.4 Unless expressly stated at the point of purchase, a Plus subscription does not automatically include every separately sold Report or Blueprint.

15.5 The subscription features displayed when you purchase form part of the description of the service, subject to any lawful changes made in accordance with these Terms.

16. SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL
16.1 Where a subscription automatically renews, this will be made clear before you subscribe.

16.2 Unless cancelled, the subscription will renew at the applicable billing interval and the applicable subscription charge will be collected using your selected payment method.

16.3 You may cancel future renewal in accordance with the cancellation process made available by Astralway.

16.4 Cancellation ordinarily prevents future renewal rather than retrospectively cancelling a period of service already supplied, subject to your statutory cancellation and refund rights.

17. SUBSCRIPTION PRICE CHANGES
17.1 We may change subscription prices from time to time.

17.2 A new price will not be imposed retrospectively on a billing period already paid for.

17.3 Where a price change affects an existing recurring subscription, we will provide appropriate advance information or notice as required by applicable law.

17.4 Where applicable, you will be able to cancel before the changed price takes effect.

18. FOCUSED REPORTS
18.1 Astralway may sell personalised digital Reports as separate one-off purchases.

18.2 Reports may focus on matters such as:

(a) a particular question;

(b) a period of time;

(c) relationships;

(d) career;

(e) money and opportunity;

(f) purpose and direction;

(g) personal-year themes; or

(h) other themes described at the point of purchase.

18.3 The price and scope of a Report will be displayed before purchase.

18.4 Reports are generated using information associated with the relevant purchase and may include automated and AI-assisted interpretation.

19. BLUEPRINTS
19.1 Astralway may offer more extensive personalised digital products known as Blueprints.

19.2 Blueprints are separate products from Plus subscriptions and Focused Reports unless expressly stated otherwise.

19.3 Different Blueprint products may have different:

(a) scope;

(b) depth;

(c) content;

(d) relationship analysis;

(e) timing information; and

(f) prices.

19.4 The applicable description and price will be shown before purchase.

19.5 Purchasing one Blueprint does not automatically entitle you to another Blueprint, Report or subscription unless expressly stated.

20. PERSONALISED DIGITAL CONTENT
20.1 Reports, Blueprints and certain other Astralway outputs may be generated specifically using information you provide.

20.2 Personalised digital content may therefore differ between users.

20.3 A personalised product is not defective merely because another user receives different content.

20.4 We remain responsible for providing paid digital content in accordance with applicable consumer law.

21. ASK ASTRALWAY AND AI
21.1 Astralway uses artificial intelligence in parts of the service.

21.2 AI-generated content can occasionally be:

(a) inaccurate;

(b) incomplete;

(c) inconsistent;

(d) repetitive;

(e) unexpected;

(f) based upon an incorrect inference; or

(g) otherwise imperfect.

21.3 You should use appropriate judgment when considering AI-generated content.

21.4 Astralway does not represent that AI output is infallible.

21.5 More information is provided in our AI & Automated Interpretation Policy.

22. AI SAFETY AND HIGH-STAKES USE
22.1 You must not treat Astralway as an emergency or crisis service.

22.2 You must not rely solely on Astralway to make high-stakes professional, medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.

22.3 Astralway may decline, limit or redirect certain requests where appropriate for safety, legal or responsible-use reasons.

23. JOURNAL FUNCTIONALITY
23.1 Astralway may provide private journal or reflection functionality.

23.2 Journal entries remain your content subject to the limited rights required for us to operate the service.

23.3 You should avoid entering information that you do not reasonably need Astralway to process.

23.4 You should not use a journal to store:

(a) passwords;

(b) payment-card credentials;

(c) authentication secrets; or

(d) information you are not entitled to possess or process.

23.5 How journal information is processed is explained in our Privacy Policy.

24. YOUR CONTENT
24.1 As between you and us, you retain ownership of original content that you submit to Astralway where you own that content.

24.2 This may include:

(a) prompts;

(b) journal entries;

(c) questions;

(d) profile information; and

(e) other original material submitted by you.

24.3 You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, reproduce and technically use that content only to the extent reasonably necessary to:

(a) provide Astralway;

(b) generate requested outputs;

(c) maintain functionality;

(d) secure and troubleshoot the service;

(e) comply with law; and

(f) otherwise process information as described in our Privacy Policy.

24.4 We do not acquire ownership of your journal entries merely because you use Astralway.

25. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTENT YOU SUBMIT
25.1 You must have the necessary rights to submit content to Astralway.

25.2 You must not knowingly submit content that:

(a) infringes another person's intellectual property rights;

(b) unlawfully infringes privacy;

(c) is fraudulent;

(d) contains malware or malicious code;

(e) is submitted for unlawful activity; or

(f) otherwise breaches these Terms.

26. OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
26.1 Astralway and the materials we create or own are protected by intellectual property laws.

26.2 Our intellectual property may include, where legally protectable:

(a) the Astralway name and branding;

(b) logos;

(c) website design;

(d) graphics;

(e) written content;

(f) educational materials;

(g) software;

(h) source code and object code;

(i) databases and database structures;

(j) the organisation and compilation of content;

(k) proprietary taxonomies;

(l) Report and Blueprint formats;

(m) proprietary interpretive structures;

(n) the Astralway Insight Engine;

(o) prompts, system instructions and workflow structures;

(p) proprietary synthesis methodologies;

(q) product architecture; and

(r) other original material created by or for us.

26.3 Except for the limited rights expressly granted by these Terms, all such rights remain with Beauty & Wellbeing Education Ltd or the relevant licensor.

27. YOUR LICENCE TO USE ASTRALWAY
27.1 Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to use Astralway for your personal, lawful and non-commercial use.

27.2 This licence does not transfer ownership of Astralway or its intellectual property to you.

28. REPORT AND BLUEPRINT LICENCE
28.1 When you purchase a Report or Blueprint, you receive a personal licence to access and use that purchased content for your own private, non-commercial purposes.

28.2 You may save or print a reasonable personal copy where the relevant functionality permits.

28.3 Purchasing a Report or Blueprint does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights in:

(a) its format;

(b) proprietary text;

(c) underlying methodology;

(d) design;

(e) system architecture; or

(f) Astralway's underlying intellectual property.

28.4 You must not commercially reproduce, sell or republish a Report or Blueprint without our written permission.

29. PROHIBITED COMMERCIAL USE
29.1 Unless we give prior written permission, you must not:

(a) resell Astralway access;

(b) sell Astralway outputs;

(c) republish Astralway content commercially;

(d) incorporate Astralway Reports or Blueprints into a commercial product;

(e) operate a competing service using copied Astralway material;

(f) offer Astralway outputs as your own paid professional service;

(g) sublicense Astralway content; or

(h) commercially exploit our proprietary materials.

30. AI TRAINING AND MODEL DEVELOPMENT
30.1 You must not, without our prior written permission, systematically use Astralway or its proprietary outputs to:

(a) train an artificial-intelligence model;

(b) fine-tune a model;

(c) create a training dataset;

(d) build a competing generative service;

(e) replicate Astralway's interpretive methodology;

(f) systematically benchmark another commercial model using substantial Astralway content; or

(g) develop a substantially derivative commercial service.

30.2 This does not prohibit ordinary personal discussion or lawful limited use that cannot legally be restricted.

31. SCRAPING AND AUTOMATED ACCESS
31.1 Except where authorised by us or where applicable law provides otherwise, you must not use:

(a) scraping tools;

(b) crawlers;

(c) bots;

(d) automated extraction software;

(e) unauthorised APIs;

(f) bulk downloading tools; or

(g) similar automated systems

to systematically access, extract, copy or reproduce Astralway content or data.

31.2 Search-engine indexing expressly permitted by our technical configuration is not prohibited by this clause.

32. REVERSE ENGINEERING AND SYSTEM EXTRACTION
32.1 To the extent permitted by applicable law, you must not attempt to:

(a) reverse engineer Astralway;

(b) discover proprietary source code;

(c) extract confidential system prompts or instructions;

(d) reconstruct proprietary workflow logic;

(e) bypass technical restrictions;

(f) discover or exploit non-public interfaces;

(g) replicate proprietary synthesis methods; or

(h) obtain unauthorised access to our internal systems.

32.2 Nothing in this clause restricts a right that applicable law says cannot lawfully be restricted.

33. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
33.1 You must not use Astralway:

(a) unlawfully;

(b) fraudulently;

(c) to impersonate another person;

(d) to harass, threaten or stalk someone;

(e) to distribute malware;

(f) to compromise security;

(g) to obtain unauthorised access;

(h) to interfere materially with the platform;

(i) to circumvent usage or security restrictions;

(j) to infringe intellectual property;

(k) to unlawfully invade privacy;

(l) to conduct automated bulk extraction;

(m) to facilitate criminal activity;

(n) to test stolen credentials;

(o) to attack our infrastructure; or

(p) in another way that materially harms Astralway, its users or its systems.

34. FAIR USE AND TECHNICAL LIMITS
34.1 Features described as “unlimited” may remain subject to reasonable technical, security and anti-abuse controls.

34.2 Such controls may be used to prevent:

(a) automated abuse;

(b) extraordinary machine-generated usage;

(c) denial-of-service activity;

(d) account sharing;

(e) scraping;

(f) security threats; or

(g) use materially outside the ordinary personal use for which the service is offered.

34.3 We will not use fair-use controls merely to deprive an ordinary consumer of the substance of a paid service described as unlimited.

35. PAYMENTS
35.1 Prices will be displayed before you make a purchase.

35.2 Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider such as Stripe.

35.3 We do not need to receive your complete payment-card details where they are processed directly by the payment provider.

35.4 You must provide valid payment information and have authority to use the selected payment method.

35.5 You must not knowingly:

(a) use stolen payment credentials;

(b) make fraudulent payment claims; or

(c) abuse chargeback procedures.

35.6 Nothing in this clause prevents you from legitimately disputing an unauthorised, incorrect or otherwise properly disputable transaction.

36. TAXES AND CURRENCY
36.1 The price and currency applicable to your purchase will be displayed before payment.

36.2 Any taxes that we are legally required to charge will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law.

36.3 Your payment provider may separately impose currency-conversion or banking charges outside our control.

37. CANCELLATION AND COOLING-OFF RIGHTS
37.1 Consumers may have statutory cancellation rights depending upon the type of contract and circumstances.

37.2 Where applicable, the normal cancellation period for a distance contract for services or digital content is 14 days.

37.3 Different rules apply where digital content is supplied immediately during the cancellation period.

37.4 Where legally required before supplying digital content immediately, we will ask you to:

(a) expressly consent to supply beginning before the cancellation period expires; and

(b) acknowledge that you will lose the applicable cancellation right once supply begins in accordance with the law.

37.5 Our Refund & Cancellation Policy provides further information.

37.6 Nothing in these Terms removes statutory cancellation rights that apply to you.

38. PERSONALISED REPORTS AND IMMEDIATE SUPPLY
38.1 Reports and Blueprints may begin generating shortly after purchase.

38.2 Where the law requires express consent or acknowledgement before immediate supply of digital content, the purchase journey must obtain it.

38.3 The mere fact that content is personalised does not allow us to remove statutory rights where the law does not permit us to do so.

39. DIGITAL CONTENT RIGHTS
39.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

39.2 Where the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies, paid digital content must meet applicable statutory standards, including requirements concerning satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose where legally applicable, and correspondence with description.

39.3 Statutory remedies may be available where those requirements are not met.

39.4 Our Refund & Cancellation Policy should be read alongside this section.

40. SERVICE RIGHTS
40.1 Where Astralway supplies a service to a consumer, applicable law may require us to perform that service with reasonable care and skill.

40.2 Nothing in these Terms removes that obligation.

41. REFUNDS
41.1 Refund entitlement depends upon:

(a) the product;

(b) whether supply has begun;

(c) applicable cancellation rights;

(d) whether digital content or a service is faulty;

(e) whether we have failed to provide what was agreed; and

(f) other applicable legal rights.

41.2 Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains our process in greater detail.

41.3 That Policy does not reduce rights provided by applicable consumer law.

42. DUPLICATE AND UNAUTHORISED PAYMENTS
42.1 If you believe you have been charged twice in error, please contact us.

42.2 If you believe a payment was made without your authority, please contact us promptly and, where appropriate, your payment provider.

42.3 We may investigate relevant Account and transaction records.

43. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
43.1 We aim to provide Astralway reliably, but no online service can reasonably be guaranteed to operate without interruption at all times.

43.2 Astralway may occasionally be unavailable because of:

(a) maintenance;

(b) software updates;

(c) infrastructure failure;

(d) hosting problems;

(e) AI-provider outages;

(f) payment-provider outages;

(g) cybersecurity incidents;

(h) emergency maintenance;

(i) telecommunications failures; or

(j) other events affecting digital infrastructure.

43.3 We will take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances to maintain and restore paid services where we are responsible for doing so.

44. MAINTENANCE AND SECURITY
44.1 We may temporarily restrict functionality where reasonably necessary to:

(a) perform maintenance;

(b) install updates;

(c) fix defects;

(d) protect users;

(e) respond to security threats;

(f) prevent fraud; or

(g) comply with law.

44.2 Where practicable, we will seek to minimise unnecessary disruption.

45. CHANGES TO ASTRALWAY
45.1 Astralway will evolve over time.

45.2 We may make reasonable changes for reasons including:

(a) improving functionality;

(b) adding features;

(c) correcting errors;

(d) improving security;

(e) changing technology providers;

(f) updating AI models;

(g) improving accessibility;

(h) responding to legal or regulatory requirements;

(i) adapting to technical developments; or

(j) improving astrological methodology or presentation.

45.3 We will not rely upon this clause to make arbitrary changes that deprive consumers of the substance of a paid product without appropriate rights or remedies.

45.4 Where a material change adversely affects an ongoing paid subscription, we will provide such information, notice, cancellation rights or other remedy as applicable law requires.

46. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
46.1 We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary because of:

(a) changes to Astralway;

(b) changes in law;

(c) regulatory guidance;

(d) security requirements;

(e) new products;

(f) technology changes; or

(g) clarification of existing provisions.

46.2 Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued consumer rights.

46.3 Where a material change affects an ongoing paid contractual relationship, we will provide appropriate notice where required.

46.4 The current version and its effective date will be made available through Astralway.

47. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
47.1 Astralway relies upon third-party technology.

47.2 This may include:

(a) payment processors;

(b) hosting providers;

(c) cloud infrastructure;

(d) AI providers;

(e) email providers;

(f) analytics providers;

(g) authentication providers; and

(h) other technology suppliers.

47.3 Our use of third parties does not remove legal responsibilities that apply to us.

47.4 However, we are not responsible for independent services that you choose to access separately merely because Astralway provides a link to them.

48. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
48.1 Astralway may link to third-party websites or resources.

48.2 A link does not necessarily mean that we:

(a) control that website;

(b) endorse everything on it;

(c) guarantee its availability; or

(d) accept responsibility for independent content supplied by its operator.

48.3 You should review the terms and privacy information applicable to third-party services you choose to use.

49. SUSPENSION OF ACCESS
49.1 We may temporarily suspend or restrict an Account where we reasonably believe this is necessary because of:

(a) a material breach of these Terms;

(b) suspected fraud;

(c) unauthorised access;

(d) a cybersecurity threat;

(e) unlawful use;

(f) serious abusive behaviour;

(g) non-payment of an amount properly due;

(h) misuse that materially threatens Astralway or other users;

(i) attempts to circumvent technical restrictions;

(j) serious intellectual-property infringement; or

(k) a legal or regulatory requirement.

49.2 Suspension should be proportionate to the circumstances.

49.3 Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we may provide an opportunity to remedy a breach before permanent termination.

49.4 Immediate restriction may be appropriate where there is a serious security, legal, fraud or safety risk.

50. TERMINATION BY US
50.1 We may terminate an Account where:

(a) there is a serious or repeated material breach of these Terms;

(b) the Account is being used unlawfully;

(c) the Account presents a serious security or fraud risk;

(d) the user repeatedly circumvents a lawful suspension;

(e) continued provision would require us to act unlawfully; or

(f) another sufficiently serious legitimate reason makes termination necessary.

50.2 We will exercise termination rights consistently with applicable consumer law.

50.3 Where we terminate an ongoing paid service without fault on your part, your rights in respect of unused paid service will be dealt with fairly and in accordance with applicable law.

51. TERMINATION OR CANCELLATION BY YOU
51.1 You may stop using Astralway at any time.

51.2 You may cancel an ongoing subscription using the available cancellation process.

51.3 You may request Account deletion through the available Account or privacy process.

51.4 Deleting an Account automatically cancels any active Plus subscription so that it does not continue to renew. Access to Plus features ends when the Account is deleted.

51.5 If you only want to stop renewal and keep your Account and library, cancel Plus from Settings instead of deleting the Account.

52. EFFECT OF ACCOUNT TERMINATION OR DELETION
52.1 Following termination or deletion:

(a) you may lose access to your Account;

(b) saved charts may cease to be accessible;

(c) journal entries may cease to be accessible;

(d) AI conversation history may cease to be accessible; and

(e) other Account-linked functionality may cease to be accessible.

52.2 Data deletion is subject to our Privacy Policy and Data Retention & Deletion Policy.

52.3 We may retain information where reasonably necessary and lawful for matters such as:

(a) legal obligations;

(b) fraud prevention;

(c) financial records;

(d) dispute resolution;

(e) security;

(f) establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; or

(g) other lawful retention requirements.

53. PURCHASED CONTENT AFTER ACCOUNT CLOSURE
53.1 Reports and Blueprints are generated after purchase and delivered in your Account library as on-screen readings. Email or PDF delivery is not the default method. You may download a JSON copy of that library from Settings.

53.2 If you close your Account, live library access ends. Copies you have already downloaded or exported remain yours to keep. Statutory billing records may be retained as required by law.

53.3 We will not intentionally use Account closure to deprive you unfairly of paid content. Download the JSON export from Settings before deletion if you want an offline copy of your Reports and Blueprints.

54. INVESTIGATION OF MISUSE
54.1 Where we reasonably suspect serious misuse, we may investigate relevant information available to us.

54.2 This may include appropriate review of:

(a) Account records;

(b) authentication information;

(c) transaction records;

(d) usage records;

(e) security logs; and

(f) relevant communications.

54.3 Any processing of personal data must comply with applicable Data Protection Law and our Privacy Policy.

54.4 Our records may be used as evidence of activity but are not automatically conclusive where they are shown to be inaccurate.

55. RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR BREACH
55.1 You are responsible for losses that you cause us through your unlawful conduct or material breach of these Terms to the extent that responsibility is established under applicable law.

55.2 This may include circumstances involving:

(a) deliberate infringement of our intellectual property;

(b) fraudulent use;

(c) malicious interference with our systems;

(d) unlawful automated extraction;

(e) deliberately introducing malicious code; or

(f) unauthorised commercial exploitation of Astralway.

55.3 We have deliberately not imposed an unlimited general consumer indemnity under these Terms.

55.4 Nothing in this section makes you responsible for loss that was caused by us or that applicable law does not permit us to recover from you.

56. OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONSUMERS
56.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

56.2 In particular, nothing excludes or limits liability for:

(a) death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot lawfully be excluded;

(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

(c) statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded;

(d) obligations concerning paid digital content that legislation prevents us from excluding; or

(e) another liability that applicable law says cannot be excluded or limited.

57. FORESEEABLE LOSS
57.1 If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage where applicable law makes us responsible for it.

57.2 For consumers, this may include loss that was a foreseeable result of our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

57.3 Loss is generally foreseeable where it was obvious that it would happen or both parties knew when the contract was made that it might happen.

57.4 Nothing in this section reduces statutory rights.

58. BUSINESS LOSSES
58.1 Astralway's consumer services are supplied for personal and non-commercial use unless we expressly agree otherwise.

58.2 If you use a consumer Astralway product for a business or commercial purpose contrary to that intended use, we do not accept responsibility for business losses to the extent permitted by law, including:

(a) loss of profit;

(b) loss of revenue;

(c) loss of business opportunity;

(d) business interruption; or

(e) loss of anticipated business savings.

58.3 This provision does not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

59. LOSSES CAUSED BY INFORMATION YOU SUPPLY
59.1 We are not responsible for an inaccurate interpretation to the extent it results from materially inaccurate information you supplied and Astralway correctly processed that information.

59.2 This may particularly apply to an incorrect:

(a) birth date;

(b) birth time;

(c) birth place; or

(d) identity of the person whose chart is being generated.

59.3 This does not excuse an error caused by Astralway itself.

60. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
60.1 We are not responsible for delay or failure caused solely by events genuinely outside our reasonable control where applicable law permits this.

60.2 Such events might include:

(a) widespread internet or telecommunications failure;

(b) major infrastructure failure;

(c) natural disaster;

(d) government action;

(e) war or civil emergency; or

(f) another comparable event outside our reasonable control.

60.3 We remain responsible for taking reasonable steps required of us in the circumstances.

60.4 This clause does not allow us to avoid responsibility for matters that were reasonably within our control.

61. SECURITY
61.1 We take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the service and personal information we process.

61.2 No internet-connected system can be represented as completely immune from every possible security threat.

61.3 This does not remove our legal responsibilities concerning security or Data Protection.

62. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
62.1 Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable Data Protection Law.

62.2 The Privacy Policy explains matters including:

(a) what information we collect;

(b) why we use it;

(c) AI processing;

(d) journal information;

(e) payment providers;

(f) service providers;

(g) international transfers;

(h) retention;

(i) user rights; and

(j) Account deletion.

62.3 These Terms do not override your statutory Data Protection rights.

63. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
63.1 Astralway may use cookies and similar technologies.

63.2 Further information is provided in our Cookie Policy and through the relevant cookie controls.

64. COMMUNICATIONS
64.1 We may send service communications reasonably necessary to operate your Account or provide a purchased service.

64.2 These may include:

(a) security messages;

(b) purchase confirmations;

(c) subscription information;

(d) material service notices;

(e) Account messages; and

(f) legal or policy notices.

64.3 Marketing communications are handled separately in accordance with applicable law and your preferences.

65. ACCESSIBILITY
65.1 We aim to make Astralway accessible and use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our principal technical accessibility benchmark.

65.2 Further information is provided in our Website Accessibility Statement.

65.3 If an accessibility barrier prevents you from using an important service or exercising a contractual right, please contact us so that we can consider an appropriate solution or reasonable adjustment.

66. COMPLAINTS

support@ljwellbeing.co.uk

66.2 Our Complaints Policy explains our complaint-handling process.

66.3 Privacy complaints may be directed to:

66.4 Nothing in our complaints procedure restricts statutory rights or applicable rights to approach a regulator or court.

67. FUTURE MARKETPLACE
67.1 Astralway intends to introduce Marketplace functionality in future.

67.2 Marketplace transactions will be governed by additional Marketplace terms before that functionality becomes available.

67.3 Those terms will address matters including:

(a) practitioner status;

(b) who supplies the service;

(c) contractual relationships;

(d) bookings;

(e) payments;

(f) commissions;

(g) cancellation;

(h) refunds;

(i) complaints;

(j) practitioner conduct; and

(k) liability.

67.4 These Terms should not currently be interpreted as determining a Marketplace legal model that has not yet been finalised.

68. OUR RIGHT TO ENFORCE THESE TERMS
68.1 We may take proportionate steps to protect Astralway and enforce our legal rights where these Terms are materially breached.

68.2 Depending upon the circumstances, this may include:

(a) issuing a warning;

(b) restricting functionality;

(c) suspending an Account;

(d) terminating an Account;

(e) preserving evidence;

(f) blocking malicious automated access;

(g) requesting removal of infringing material;

(h) notifying an appropriate service provider;

(i) reporting suspected criminal activity where appropriate; or

(j) pursuing legal remedies.

68.3 Our response should be proportionate to the nature and seriousness of the issue.

69. FAILURE TO ENFORCE IMMEDIATELY
69.1 If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not necessarily mean that we have permanently waived our right to enforce it.

69.2 Similarly, giving additional time to remedy a breach does not automatically prevent us from acting if the breach continues.

70. SEVERABILITY
70.1 If a court or other competent authority determines that part of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally possible.

70.2 The invalid provision will not be interpreted more broadly than the law permits merely to preserve it.

71. TRANSFER OF OUR RIGHTS
71.1 We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms as part of a legitimate:

(a) business sale;

(b) corporate reorganisation;

(c) merger;

(d) transfer of Astralway; or

(e) similar transaction.

71.2 We will not use such a transfer to reduce your contractual or statutory rights unfairly.

71.3 Where applicable law requires notice or another safeguard, we will comply with that requirement.

72. TRANSFER BY YOU
72.1 Your Astralway Account and personal licence are personal to you.

72.2 You may not sell or commercially transfer them to another person without our agreement.

72.3 This does not restrict a legal right that cannot lawfully be restricted.

73. THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS
73.1 Except where expressly stated otherwise, these Terms are between you and Beauty & Wellbeing Education Ltd.

73.2 No other person has a right to enforce these Terms merely because they may benefit from them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

74. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
74.1 These Terms, together with documents expressly incorporated into the contractual relationship, set out the agreement between us concerning your use of Astralway.

74.2 This provision does not exclude liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

74.3 It does not allow us to disregard representations or information that applicable consumer law makes contractually binding.

75. TERMS THAT CONTINUE AFTER CLOSURE
75.1 Provisions that by their nature are intended to continue after Account closure or termination will continue where appropriate.

75.2 These may include provisions concerning:

(a) intellectual property;

(b) accrued payment obligations;

(c) lawful use of previously purchased content;

(d) responsibility for prior breaches;

(e) dispute resolution;

(f) governing law;

(g) data retention where lawful; and

(h) other provisions necessarily intended to survive termination.

76. INTERNATIONAL USERS
76.1 Astralway may be accessible from countries outside the United Kingdom.

76.2 You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Astralway is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it.

76.3 These Terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under laws that cannot lawfully be excluded by contractual choice of law.

77. GOVERNING LAW
77.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

77.2 If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory protections under the law of your country or place of residence.

77.3 Nothing in these Terms deprives you of those mandatory protections where they apply.

78. COURTS AND DISPUTES
78.1 We hope disputes can normally be resolved through our Complaints Policy.

78.2 If court proceedings become necessary, the courts of England and Wales may have jurisdiction.

78.3 If you are a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom or another country, applicable consumer law may also give you rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under mandatory jurisdiction rules.

78.4 These Terms do not require a consumer to surrender a mandatory right to bring proceedings in another competent court.
